Clean Room Technician
Cleanroom Technician We are now hiring! We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleanroom Technician to join our production team in Hayward, CA. This position is responsible for cleaning, assembling, testing, packaging, and inspecting customer parts while maintaining strict cleanroom standards. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and following detailed customer specifications. Pay: $20.00-$25.00 Position: 2nd Shift Training:
Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.) Regular
Schedule:
2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. Must be available to work both shifts during the training period.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform bake-out processes to dry customer parts after wet cleaning.
- Physically clean components using approved methods, including IPA wipe-downs.
- Assemble, test, clean, mark, inspect, and package customer parts according to specifications, blueprints, work instructions, and SOPs.
- Handle precision parts made from stainless steel, aluminum, copper, quartz, ceramic, titanium, bronze, anodized aluminum, nickel, and other specialty materials.
- Ensure all parts are packaged carefully to protect products during shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe cleanroom environment.
- Follow all company quality standards and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or cleanroom experience preferred.
- Semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
- Experience packaging metal components or working with precision parts is highly desirable.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and documented procedures.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills for data entry and communication.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to wear cleanroom garments, including coveralls, boots, head coverings, safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed shoes for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
Additional Requirements
- Experience:
2+ years of cleanroom experience preferred. - Shift Availability:
Must be available to work both day and night shifts during training. - Commute:
Must be able to commute to Hayward, CA 94545. - Work Location:
Onsite only.
