Make a Difference Every NightAs a member of our NOC team, you'll provide comfort, reassurance, and quality care during the overnight hours, helping residents feel safe and supported.
Essential Responsibilities- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while preserving each resident's dignity and independence.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and repositioning.
- Monitor residents throughout the night and promptly report any changes in condition to the licensed nurse.
- Respond quickly and professionally to resident call lights and overnight care needs.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
- Document care accurately and completely according to facility policies.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
- Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
- Competitive pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour (DOE)

- Previous skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required
