* Provide compassionate, person-centered daily nursing care according to each resident's care plan and individual needs.
* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
* Take and record vital signs and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nursing staff.
* Assist with transfers, repositioning, and maintaining resident safety.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
* Promote residents' dignity, independence, privacy, and comfort.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team.
* Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection-control standards.
* Work collaboratively with licensed nursing staff to provide high-quality care to both long-term residents and short-term rehabilitation patients.## Qualifications

* Required:
** Valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
* Previous CNA experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting is preferred.
* ** New CNAs are welcome to apply!

* Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
