Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour (DOE)

St. Francis Healthcare Center is looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Full-Time NOC team
.
As a CNA on the overnight shift, you'll play an important role in providing quality care and ensuring our residents are safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night. Key Responsibilities- Provide compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered care.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility, and repositioning.
- Monitor residents throughout the night and report any changes in condition to the licensed nurse.
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
- Accurately document care and services provided.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Promote resident dignity, privacy, independence, and quality of life.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team.
- Follow all infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
- Competitive pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour (DOE)
