PCBA Quality Assurance
Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturing organization, is seeking a PCBA Quality Assurance to join their team. As a PCBA Quality Assurance, you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location:
Hayward, CA
Shift: 6am/3:30pm to 2:30pm/12am, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Perform incoming inspection on PCBAs to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct in-process inspections according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Collaborate with engineers to document inspection efforts (IQC/IPQC/OQC)
- Identify and document defects within JIRA system for tracking and resolution
- Assist in creating and improving inspection instructions and quality standards
What's Needed?
- Prior or existing IPC-A-610 certification is required
- Experience with cosmetic inspection and electronics manufacturing
- Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, Google Slides, QMS, and MES systems
