Requirements and Skills- 6-12 months of experience as a Quality Inspector or similar manufacturing role preferred.
- Experience in machine shop, assembly, cleanroom, or semiconductor environments is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
- Experience using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers, gauges).
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical testing tools such as multimeters and megohmmeters.
- Experience with MRP systems (SAP or similar software) preferred.
- Strong math skills and the ability to perform accurate measurements and calculations.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding inspection tasks.
- Ability to lift to 75 lbs. occasionally and work in a manufacturing environment with PPE.
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical coursework or associate degree preferred.

- Perform incoming, in‑process, first article, and final inspections on raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Measure parts and assemblies using precision tools, including calipers, micrometers, rulers, and optical comparators.
- Inspect mechanical, electrical, and fabricated components for compliance with specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, BOMs, GD&T, and technical specifications.
- Document inspection results and generate detailed quality reports and nonconformance records.
- Verify documentation accuracy and ensure compliance with manufacturing requirements.
- Support internal departments, suppliers, and customers regarding quality issues.
- Perform basic CMM measurements and inspections as required.
- Use electronic testing equipment such as multimeters and megohmmeters when applicable.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant manufacturing work environment.
