We are seeking a candidate with hands-on experience in AI/ML quality assurance and trustworthy AI testing to support AI Practices and Frameworks workstream within the Testing Shared Services engagement. Positioned onsite, this role will be responsible for strategizing and executing the end-to-end AI/ML assurance approach across regulated and non-regulated application landscape working closely with data science, compliance, and business stakeholders to define test frameworks, coordinate approvals, and ensure assurance outputs meet quality and documentation standards in a GxP-aware environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategize the overall AI/ML assurance approach for AI/ML-infused components, defining the scope, risk profile, coverage methodology, and validation philosophy appropriate to each use case - including considerations for model type, regulatory exposure, and platform (SaaS, COTS, or in-house). Define AI/ML assurance component testing objectives, deliverables, and timelines, establishing clear entry/exit criteria, test phases, evidence requirements, and sign-off checkpoints aligned to project and compliance cadence.

Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams - including data science, compliance, IT, and business SMEs - managing alignment discussions, obtaining required approvals, and maintaining stakeholder visibility on assurance progress and outcomes. Finalize the AI/ML assurance component test framework, test data approach, and test results documentation following review and approval of proposed test strategies, ensuring traceability from objectives through execution evidence.

Ensure all AI/ML assurance testing activities and outputs meet quality and documentation requirements, including adherence to GxP/CSA/CSV principles where applicable and preparation of release-ready evidence packages.

Pay Range*: $53 - $58/- per hour
