Overview
This position supports cell technology development through hands-on material and cell characterization, lab equipment maintenance, and battery prototype support. Work closely with engineers in a fast-paced lab environment.
What You’ll Do- Assist with material and cell analysis; collect and report data
- Perform routine battery characterization and maintain accurate records
- Support battery teardowns following safety protocols
- Maintain and troubleshoot lab and characterization equipment
- Help update SOPs and improve lab workflows
- Support electrode preparation and cell prototype builds
- Collaborate cross-functionally
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with technician or lab experience
- Hands or experience with material/cell characterization, battery electrode and cell prototypes
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
