Smart Stop® Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Store 1387 in Hayward, CA. The role involves leasing storage, handling transactions, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining tenant relationships. Hours are Monday–Saturday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Starting pay is $20–$21 per hour plus bonus, with full-time benefits. Ideal candidates provide excellent customer service, can work independently or as part of a team, and adapt to change.
