The Customer Service & Sales Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to grow and retain client relationships. This role combines relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills to support clients, provide coverage recommendations, and contribute to agency growth.

ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer service to new and existing clients via phone, email, and in person
Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on client needs
Generate quotes and present coverage options clearly and professionally
Follow up on leads, referrals, and renewal opportunities
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency management systems
Process endorsements, applications, and policy updates in a timely manner
Support retention efforts by conducting proactive policy reviews
Meet or exceed monthly sales and service performance goals
RequirementStrong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Insurance license (will assist in obtaining)
Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
