We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team in Hayward, CA. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, developing strong communication skills, and building a career in sales and customer relations.

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll represent our clients at local events and retail locations, engage directly with customers, answer questions about products and services, and help create a positive customer experience. No prior sales experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship.

• Engage with customers face-to-face at scheduled events and retail locations
• Educate customers on available products, services, and promotional campaigns
• Build positive relationships through professional customer interactions
• Assist customers by answering questions and providing accurate information
• Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on current promotions
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Process customer transactions accurately when required
• Help with event setup, organization, and breakdown
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event space
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development opportunities

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required
