Role Overview
As a Mobile Associate – Store-in-Store (SiS), you will be the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting, bringing energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction.
Job Responsibilities- Engage with customers in a high‑traffic environment, using digital tools, communicating effectively, educating customers, and showcasing the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
- Complete training on the T‑Mobile store‑in‑store experience, new skills, products, and processes; continually learn and improve to provide the best possible customer experience.
- Provide exceptional service, exceed customer expectations, attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, handle be‑back processes, and build relationships with new and existing customers.
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (preferred).
- Passionate customer advocate—balancing customer experience and performance goals (required).
- Team building—willing to work alongside peers and store leaders, sharing best practices and resolving issues (required).
- Retail sales—competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment (required).
- Minimum 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Hourly base pay: $20.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. After training, promotion to Mobile Expert role with an annual incentive target of $18,000/year (actual incentives vary based on performance and full‑time status).
