• Develop and grow a protected sales territory.
• Build long-term relationships with insurance adjusters, agents, contractors, plumbers, property managers, facility managers, municipalities, and commercial accounts.
• Generate new referral partners through daily prospecting and networking.
• Conduct presentations, lunch-and-learns, and customer visits.
• Manage your pipeline using CRM tools and follow-up systems.
• Work closely with operations to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Become the trusted resource within your assigned territory.

• Minimum 3 years of restoration industry sales experience
