High-Level Role
Summary:
Oversee daily security operations for a large-scale facility operating 24/7 security coverage totaling approximately 1,800 hours per week. Responsible for leading a team of Security Officers and Shift Supervisors while ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, staffing stability, and compliance with post orders and site procedures.

The Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision, and is driven by a clear corporate culture and purpose, which helps us live according to our values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
