We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Install Lead to join our growing team! The successful candidate should be able to work efficiently, have great attention to detail, be exceptionally organized and able to perform in a fast‑paced environment. This is a full‑time position. Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime.

• Cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g., electrical wiring)
• Use various plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.)
• Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients about work performed and recommendations for repairs or replacements
• Complete all tasks per company quality and safety standards

• Ability to handle a physical workload (lift 75 lbs)
• Strong communication and customer service skills, friendly and approachable
• Analytical, focused on quality, and results‑driven
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
• Be a team player and willing to support all areas of the business
• Must be willing to undergo a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
