HVAC Maintenance Trainee Hayward, CA

Role Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems in residential homes.
• Recommend products and services to enhance client comfort and safety where appropriate.
• Operate tools to inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, from furnaces to condenser units.
• Communicate professionally with clients, demonstrate integrity and respect, and identify opportunities to improve their HVAC systems.

• Strong communication and sales skills—comfortable recommending services to meet client needs.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to foster trust and long-term client relationships.
• Ability to understand and follow directions, be punctual, and work with a high degree of integrity.

• Regular use of hands, arms, and voice for tasks and client interactions.
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, and other residential spaces with frequent physical activity.
• Potential to earn $50,000 to $80,000 in the first year (Hourly + Commission).
• Company vehicle, gas card, and tools provided.

$50,000 - $80,000 USD per year, plus benefits as listed above.
