Side by Side is seeking a Youth Advocate to support LGBTQ youth in foster care or at risk of entering foster care. You will provide field-based and office-based services, build rapport, and coordinate with Social Services and community partners to ensure access to resources.
You will manage a caseload of 8-15 youth, facilitate groups, document interactions, and help connect clients with permanency, education, and community resources.
