- Provide one‑on‑one support to clients in their homes and communities, including:
- Assistance with errands, appointments, and daily tasks
- Advocacy and support at medical appointments

Pay ranges reflect premium hours (8 a.m.–12 a.m.). Overnight hours (12 a.m.–8 a.m.) are paid at standard rate.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:- Have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Are comfortable supporting medical needs and advocating for others
- Enjoy helping people live more freely and independently
- Can pass a background check (Compass covers the cost)
- Are willing to complete CPR and First Aid before hire (we’ll cover training)
