We’re seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support a high‑volume period by managing outbound shipments, incoming materials, and logistics reporting. This role is a blend of hands‑on warehouse coordination and strong spreadsheet/reporting work.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and stage finished goods for shipment (mail houses, customer warehouses, offices)
- Create accurate packing lists, labels, and shipment documentation
- Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers and internal teams
- Ensure orders are complete, properly staged, and ready on schedule
- Receive paper rolls and other production materials
- Verify incoming goods against bills of lading and purchase documents
- Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, or damage
- Build and maintain clear spreadsheets tracking shipments and materials
- Provide regular status reports to management
- Improve visibility into outbound orders, deliveries, and material flow
- Ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting formats
- Work with internal staff to locate SKUs and move materials
- Assist with staging and organizing finished goods
- Maintain an orderly shipping and receiving area
- Experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse coordination
- Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets required)
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to balance hands‑on warehouse work with reporting responsibilities
- Reliable, self‑directed, and able to work independently
- Experience in printing, manufacturing, or fulfillment environments
- Experience building operational reports for management
- Organized and process‑oriented
- Takes strong ownership of their responsibilities
- Comfortable creating structure and clarity in busy environments
- Clear communicator with solid follow‑through
