• Pick up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.
• Load, transport, deliver, and unload items to clients or businesses in a safe and timely manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness, accurate charges, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Collect payments for delivered items as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints from clients.
• Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules.
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare reports and other documents related to deliveries.
• Operate equipment and machines such as cars, trucks, and forklifts.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.

• Valid driver’s license appropriate for the class of vehicle.
• Good DMV/MVR record.
• Experience driving in winter and mountain environments, including snowy conditions.
• Ability to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
• Strong time‑management and customer‑service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to use a forklift or pallet jack to move pallets or products.
• Successful completion of background checks, including criminal history and drug screening.

• Pass a physical examination and the Human Performance Evaluation on Lift, Lift‑Carry, Push‑Pull, Climb, and Repetitive Posture.
• Ability to see and hear, including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Move frequently, stand, walk, and sit; use hands to touch, handle, feel, and reach.
• Lift or move up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Perform repetitive hand use, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs, and reach above shoulder level.
• Frequently bend and squat.
• Operate a motor vehicle safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle, including the rear cargo area.
• Drive at any time of day, including daylight and nighttime hours.

High school diploma or GED equivalent; proven box truck or at least 24‑ft long truck driving experience.

• Office and warehouse environment.
• Occasional standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Required wearing of appropriate PPE.
• Exposure to hot/cold weather and loud noises in a warehouse environment.
• Frequent computer and telephone use.
• Frequent communication with people throughout the day.
• Deliver products in inclement weather conditions.

$7.25 – $40.00 per hour.
