Foot Non CDL Box Truck Driver

Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced 26‑foot box truck driver to join our team in Hayward, CA.

• $1000 sign‑on bonus.
• Pay: $27.00 per hour (starting salary range).

• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 7:30am start time.
• Must be available for weekends when needed.

• Safely operate a 26‑foot box truck with liftgate.
• Load and unload freight using liftgate and pallet jack when needed; 100% touching freight required.
• Complete timely and accurate deliveries to commercial and residential locations.
• Average 15–20 stops per day; approximately 250 miles driven daily.
• Routes throughout Northern CA; some installations may be required 10% of time.

• Valid non‑CDL driver’s license.
• DOT medical certificate.
• Clean driving record with no speeding violations over 15 mph.
• No DUI or criminal history.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable 26‑foot experience within the last 3 years.
• Must complete full application process and pass road test.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
