As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the transportation of goods and ensuring efficient delivery. • Coordinate and schedule transportation of goods
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve any issues or delays
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Data Entry

• High school degree or equivalent
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Experience in logistics or transportation is a plus
• Flexible schedule with availability for overtime, weekends, and night shifts
• Previous experience in on‑demand delivery Dispatch / Courier & Fleet Dispatch preferred
• Tech‑savvy, ability to learn and use new software with relative ease
• Strong geographical knowledge of SFO/SJC/OAK
