Warehouse Worker

Summary: The Picker will be responsible for performing various warehouse duties. This may include picking, checking, packaging, and restocking of merchandise with proper warehouse industrial equipment.

Compensation: This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $21 to $24 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $55,000 and $65,000 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.

• Responsible for picking, packaging, checking merchandise, put-away, and loading pallets.
• Operate industrial warehouse equipment such as:
  Order Picker, Reach Truck, Sit-down or Stand-up Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, and other equipment as assigned.
• Restock items and conduct inventory.
• Repackage and re-palletize the tile product on the ground or in the racks.
• Complete daily equipment checklist prior to operating any industrial lifts.
• Perform additional duties as required and or requested.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) plus years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Industrial Warehouse Equipment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of using a computer or tablet is a plus.
