Warehouse Associate

Role Overview

Domino's is hiring an entry‑level Warehouse Associate in Hayward, CA. This full‑time position is part of the Domino’s Risk hiring initiative.

• Shift: 9am – 5:30pm (overtime as needed)
• Work days:
  Sunday through Friday
• Days off:
  Saturday and one random day during the week

• Loading and unloading delivery trucks to ensure timely and accurate product distribution
• Receiving, verifying, and strategically storing incoming products to maintain inventory accuracy and optimize space
• Utilizing handheld scanners for load verifications and quality control
• Collaborating with other departments to support operational efficiency
• Working in cold conditions
• Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work environment

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse equipment operation
• Ability to work with various products, including yeast and flour
• Must pass pre‑employment background check

• Ability to maintain a standing or walking position for extended periods without compromise
• Proficiency in navigating staircases safely and efficiently
• Capacity to lift and maneuver loads of up to 30 lbs., with occasional requirements to manage weights of up to 50 lbs.
• Strength to perform heavy pushing and pulling of products without injury risk
• Resilience to work effectively in refrigerated environments, specifically within the temperature range of 33‑38 degrees Fahrenheit
• Ability to operate in an environment with loud machinery when operational needs dictate
