Warehouse Associate

We are seeking an entry‑level Warehouse Associate to join our team.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM, plus overtime as needed.

Pay Rate: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour based on experience.

• Safely operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material.
• Maintain a clean workspace and help keep the facility safe and accident‑free.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including correct use of PPE and a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

• 0–3 years of experience in warehouse shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management (preferred).
• Forklift certification or experience required.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self‑starter capable of learning our systems quickly.
• Focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Pay Range: $19.51 – $29.26 per hour.

Bonus eligibility: This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.
