Warehouse Worker

Location: 22290 Hathaway Ave., Suite 100, Hayward, CA 94541
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

Collision Auto Parts (“COL”), comprised of three entities operating distribution facilities across California and New Mexico, is a leading value-added distributor of certified and non-certified aftermarket collision repair parts. Our product categories include bumper covers, grilles, fender liners, hoods, headlamps, tail lamps, and more.
With a robust fleet of delivery trucks and long-standing supplier partnerships, we proudly serve national and regional MSOs as well as local collision repair providers through our commitment to reliability and customer service excellence.

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker to join our Hayward team. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

(including but not limited to)

• Unload incoming containers and deliveries
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment
• Receive, label, and store products properly
• Conduct inventory counts as assigned
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Handle all parts with care when unloading, checking, or staging orders
• Complete daily forklift inspections (if certified)
• Assist co-workers as needed and report any issues or damages immediately

• Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds safely
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic English reading and communication skills required
• Positive attitude and professional behavior toward coworkers and customers
• Willingness to learn and follow company safety and operational procedures
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening (post-offer, pre-employment, consistent with state law)
