A fantastic opportunity awaits you at a dynamic medical facility with an immediate need for a Nuclear Medicine specialist. This locum tenens position offers the chance to work in a hospital setting with a patient population primarily composed of adults. Dive into engaging patient interaction with approximately 15 patient encounters per shift.

- Setting: Hospital
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Patient Population: Adult
- Location: Hazard, KY
- Stipends: Housing and travel options can be discussed for non-local candidates
- Weekly direct deposit
- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
- Supportive credentialing assistance
- Lodging and mileage reimbursement (if applicable)
- Flexible scheduling
- Perform nuclear medicine procedures for the adult patient population.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Interpret diagnostic imaging results and communicate findings to the care team.
- Board Certification Eligible in Nuclear Medicine
- Active ACLS and BLS certification
- Minimum fellowship training of 3 years in Nuclear Medicine
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Exceptional diagnostic and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with the care team
- Proficiency in handling nuclear medicine equipment and protocols
