Job SummaryThe Ready to Work (RTW) Program serves HCTC students who are receiving Kentucky Transitional Assistance Program (K-TAP) benefits.

Job Duties- Perform on site job responsibilities as outlined by the RTW Coordinator and on site supervisor. Examples of placement could be local retail, on site institution offices, custodial placement, etc.
- Applicant must receive KTAP, be referred by the local Family Support Office, and be pursuing further education (enrolled/enrolling in college or working towards a GED).
