• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia providers
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred

• Full-time schedule, hours will vary depending on surgical case volume and facility needs

• Prepare, organize, and maintain surgical instruments and supplies for cardiovascular procedures
• Assist surgeons and nurses as needed before, during, and after operations
• Monitor sterile field and adhere to strict infection control standards throughout each case
• Anticipate team needs during procedures, ensuring equipment and supplies are readily available
• Assist with the setup and operation of specialized surgical equipment
• Participate in OR turnover and contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts
