Qualifications
- State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.
- Certifications BLS (AHA)
- Certifications ACLS (AHA)
- Certifications NIHSS (NIH)
- Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Cath Lab in last 3 years.
- EMR Meditech
- Skills Assessment CAL skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
- Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent or temporary employee of Appalachian Regional Healthcare in the past year.
- Additional Confirmations I am not applying with a travel pair.
- Additional Confirmations I am willing to float.
- Additional Confirmations I am willing to work 1 out of the 2 holidays from each of the following lines:
Thanksgiving Day 11/28, Black Friday 11/29 | Christmas Eve 12/24, Christmas Day 12/25 | New Year's Eve 12/31, New Year's Day 1/1. - COVID Vaccine Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
- Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted.
- Travel Contract Local contracts within 75.0 miles not accepted.
- Requested Time Off Up to 10 days of time off can be requested.
