CRNA position

Location: Hazard, Kentucky Employment Type: Full-Time | 1099 Independent Contractor Compensation: $350,000 – $375,000 annually based on vacation preference

An established and respected anesthesia practice in the Hazard, Kentucky area is seeking a skilled and dedicated CRNA to join their close-knit, experienced team. No primary call. Ever.

• Administer safe and effective anesthesia for a variety of routine surgical cases and obstetric procedures
• Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and develop personalized anesthesia plans
• Monitor patient vital signs continuously throughout procedures and adjust anesthesia levels as needed
• Collaborate closely with a supportive team of anesthesia providers committed to the highest standards of patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of anesthesia care and patient records

This practice offers a unique and flexible compensation model that puts you in control of your work-life balance:

• $375,000 annually - 1099, with 8 weeks off per year
• $350,000 annually - 1099, with 12 weeks off per year

Choose the schedule that works best for your lifestyle. Either way you will enjoy outstanding compensation as a fully independent 1099 contractor. Please note that as a 1099 position malpractice insurance is the responsibility of the provider.

• Less than 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday only
• Never on primary call
• Backup call rotation - 1 in 5, rarely called in

• Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA) or SRNA in final stages of training - new graduates welcome!
• Active Kentucky state license or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-first approach to care
• Commitment to the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence
