Registered Nurse
Seeking a registered nurse for a cardiovascular intensive care unit. The nurse will work a 1:2 patient ratio. Experience with fresh hearts and high-acuity patients is essential. The position utilizes Meditech EMR for charting. The role includes managing ventilated patients and administering various treatments. Candidates must possess skills in central line care, arterial line management, and hemodynamic monitoring. The environment is fast-paced, requiring strong critical thinking and teamwork skills.
The nurse will provide care for adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary as blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated.
