Bluegrass Care Navigators is seeking an Inpatient Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in inpatient and hospital settings. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with physician orders and the hospice plan of care, while supporting patients and families.
The role includes symptom management, end-of-life support, and patient/family education, performed with compassion and professionalism in a team environment.
