• Provide specialized nursing care to orthopedic surgery patients before, during, and after procedures
• Assist with patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and administering medication
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards

• Valid Kentucky or compact RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in orthopedic surgery nursing
• Strong assessment and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
