Experience:
Minimum 2 years of orthopaedic surgery or orthopedic nursing experience Pay & Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00 Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do:
Assist in preoperative and postoperative orthopaedic patient care Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team Educate patients and families about procedures and recovery Collaborate with surgical and nursing staff to ensure quality care Maintain accurate documentation of patient records What You Need:
Valid Kentucky nursing license (RN) Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopaedic surgery or orthopedic nursing Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and equipment About the Assignment:
