Bluegrass Care Navigators seeks an experienced Inpatient Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled nursing care within our inpatient hospice unit and hospital settings. You will work under physician orders, implement the hospice plan of care, and educate patients and families about care options.
Ideal candidates have an RN license in Kentucky and a minimum of two years of general nursing experience, with hospice or critical care exposure preferred.
