As a Part-Time Merchandising Associate, you will ensure that our store's signage, pricing, and displays are accurate, making it easier for customers to find what they need. Your responsibilities include creating safe and visually appealing product displays that enhance customer accessibility.

While most of your tasks will be non-customer facing, you may occasionally interact with customers, helping answer questions, providing product information, and assisting with locating items.

• Execute merchandising resets and service-related projects as per Lowe's standards.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are ready for shipping.
• Update way finding and product signage throughout the store.
• Ensure visibility of product pricing and replace missing labels.
• Drive sales by organizing clearance items and ensuring proper product placement.
• Repair or replace damaged items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate project needs and updates with the team and management.
• Analyze execution metrics and provide feedback on project completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers.
• Proficiency in using web-based programs to fulfill job responsibilities.
• Capability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

• Previous experience on the sales floor at Lowe's.
• Knowledge of product merchandising, including working with planograms.
• Experience operating power equipment like lifts and order pickers.
• Familiarity with essential tools, such as hand tools and power tools.

This position does not regularly require travel, but you may occasionally need to attend meetings or training sessions or support neighboring stores.

You will experience a variety of indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Potential exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, and noise is possible. Lifting methods vary based on task and weight requirements, and associates must follow safety guidelines for lifting and using powered equipment.
