Logistics Coordinator

You will ensure that everything arrives at the right time and place – keeping all threads in hand.

Coordination that counts:
You plan punctual pickups and deliveries and keep track of orders.

Contact with all sides:
You are in close contact with customers, transport partners, and shift leaders to coordinate deliveries optimally.

Tools for an overview:
With our yard management system, you monitor arrival and delivery dates and coordinate them in consultation.

Always getting better:
Together with the site management, you work on the development of our transport and logistics and find new optimization possibilities.

What you bring:

Logistics know-how:
You have completed a commercial education, ideally as a commercial clerk for forwarding and logistics services.

Experience in dispatching:
You are familiar with truck dispatching on factory premises and are confident in using MS Office (especially Excel) and common IT systems.

Organizational talent:
You are a reliable team player with assertiveness and communication skills.
