The Role:

Principal Product Engineer

Asa Principal Product Engineer ,you’llleadthedesign,development,anddeliveryofnewproductinitiativesandproductimprovements,withafocusonsustainability,cost reduction,andperformanceexcellence.

Thisisaleadershiprolewhereyou’llguideprojects,mentor engineers,andcollaborateacrossengineering,manufacturing,andpurchasingtobringinnovativesolutionstolife.

Youwillplayakeyroleinimprovingcostefficiency,shapingthefutureofourproductportfolio,andensuringourequipmentcontinuestosetindustrystandards.

What You’llDo

  • Leadnewproductdevelopmentanddriveelectrificationinitiatives.
  • Improvemanufacturability,costefficiency,andwarrantyperformance.
  • Collaborateacrossdepartmentsandexternalpartnerstodesigncompletemachinesystems.
  • Oversee prototyping,testing,design reviews,andvalidationstrategies.
  • Resolvecomplexqualityissueswithprovenmethodologies(8D,5

    Why,Stage Gate).
  • Mentorandcoachengineers,shapingthenextgenerationoftechnicalleaders.
  • Influence strategy,budgets,andbestpracticesthatadvanceourengineeringexcellence.

What We’reLooking For

  • Drivenengineerwith5+years(preferably
    10+)leadingteamsinmechanical/structural design.
  • Strong3

    Ddesignskills(Autodesk Inventor,Solid Works,Creo,AutoCAD).
  • Deepknowledgeofmechanicaldesign,structural connections,andmanufacturingprocesses(welding,machining,casting,forging).
  • Expertise in

    BOMmanagement,engineeringreleaseprocesses,andindustrystandards(CMAA,ISO,AWS).
  • Problem-solverwhothrivesoninnovationandhasstrongcommunicationskills.
  • Bachelor’sdegreein

    Mechanical,Structural,Civil,Agricultural,orrelatedengineeringfield(Master’spreferred).
  • Additional valuable experience in:
    Mechatronics, hydraulics, weldments, electronics, hand calculations, interpreting FEA results, vehicle software, reliability, ergonomics, diesel engines, and power train systems.

Work Environment:

  • This is primarily a sedentary office classification and employees work in an office with moderate noise levels, controlled temperature conditions and no direct exposure to hazardous physical substances
  • Minimal travel required- up to 10% domestic and international travel requirements.

Compensation/Benefits:
