Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
o Cardiac Catheterization (Coronary Disease) STEMI
o Peripheral Catheterization (Peripheral Artery Disease) including AAA Repairs
o Electrophysiology (Arrhythmias) Studies, Ablations, and Device Implants
Required License, National Certification, Certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:
o ACLS
o IL Radiology Technologist

Skills required:

o Scrub into procedures with Procedural Physician and support intra-procedure workflows & operate imaging equipment. Sterile technique, familiar with Cath/EP/IR supplies and equipment, radiation safety
Support within the Department:
o Manager & Assistant Manager
o 5 Other Radiology Technologists
o 8 Other RNs
Technology/Equipment:

Philips Azurion Imaging Equipment, Carto EP Ablations, PFA Ablations, EKOS, IABP, Temp Pacer, MERGE Hemo, Shockwave, CSI, IVUS/FFR

Scheduling:
o Weekend rotation: 1 Weekend On Call per month

o RTO Requests:
If participating in Simpli Fi Clinical Interviewing can we approve up to 7 days of RTO on your behalf, if traveler extends contract to accommodate? Yes depending on dates of RTO
o Shift times: 7am-17:30pm M-F (qty 4 10-hr shifts per week, day off varies week to week)
