Opportunity:

IR Tech - IR Tech

Job Details:

• Perform IR procedures including thoracentesis, paracentesis, embolization (UFE), IVC filter placement, SVC repair, and line placement (PICC, various central lines)

• Assist with CT biopsies, fistulas, needle aspirations, shock wave lithotripsy, and some vascular cases

• Must have 2 years of interventional radiology experience

• Active Illinois license (IEMA) required

• Active BLS (AHA) and ARRT (CT) certifications required

• RCIS and CBT certifications highly preferred but not required

• Must function well in a team environment with strong communication skills, especially with physicians

• Knowledge of aseptic technique required

• Must be aware of radiation safety protocols

• Ability to anticipate physician's needs

• Procedural scrubs provided by facility
