QProducts is seeking a hands‑on, solutions‑oriented Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, quality, and sales support. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys building efficient processes, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will partner closely with Business Development, Operations, and Corporate teams to ensure seamless order execution, optimized production flow, and continuous improvement across the organization.

• Lead daily operations across manufacturing, assembly, inspection, testing, and final delivery.
• Develop and execute production plans aligned with company goals for quality, cost, safety, and throughput.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing throughout the facility.
• Familiarity with ISO
  9001, OSHA and internal quality standards.
• Investigate and resolve process non‑conformities, implementing both short‑ and long‑term corrective actions.
• Manage capital improvement projects, vendor relationships, and purchasing initiatives.

• Oversee the full lifecycle of customer orders—from sales order creation through fulfillment, shipment, and proof of delivery.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the VP Operations and the sales team.
• Create packing lists, shipping documentation, and ERP entries for all customer orders.
• Support sales with presentations, business reviews, and customer meeting materials.
• Maintain operational readiness for sales events, conferences, and trade shows (including Europe‑based events).

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock data within ERP and digital inventory platforms.
• Update stock replenishment tools and review purchase order requirements to manufacturing sites as needed.
• Implement and maintain robust inventory management and quality control systems.
• Drive improvements in material flow, warehouse organization, and supply chain efficiency.

• Maintain accurate ERP data including customer orders, part numbers, and replenishment workflows.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance communication and workflow between sales, operations, and manufacturing teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management, and production planning.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with hands‑on involvement on the production floor.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement.

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations Management.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master).
• Experience in manufacturing environments with quality systems such as ISO
  9001.
