Job Summary

The Infusion Lead is responsible for overseeing the infusion production process, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency across infused goods operations. This role provides hands-on leadership to the infusion team, supports production schedules, maintains accurate documentation, and ensures all safety and sanitation standards are upheld.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Trains, coaches, and manages disciplinary action for direct reports.
  • Ensures direct reports and production team adhere to the production schedule and meets minimum assigned quotas.
  • Ensures that the team is following all sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Gathers, maintains and reports on the production process of infused goods.
  • Communicates production issues or delays to site leadership.
  • Conducts routine, daily quality checks of produced product.
  • Maintains and audits all physical and digital records for the processing/infusion department.
  • Completes infusions of multiple SKUs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail.
Education and Experience
  • At least 21 years old per state law.
  • HS Diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements
  • Respiratory Fit Test
    • Completion of a two-part evaluation for respiratory clearance:
      • Part 1: A written health questionnaire to evaluate your medical history and eligibility for respirator use.
      • Part 2: A respiratory fit test to ensure proper fit and functionality of the equipment required for this position.
    • Please note that both parts of this evaluation must be successfully completed to qualify for this position. Failure to meet the requirements of either part will disqualify you from this role. However, you may still be considered for other positions within the company.
  • Comfortable working in industrial environments with exposure to noise, dust, heat, cold, and other manufacturing conditions.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
    • Must be physically capable of sitting or standing for long periods or entire shifts.
    • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Work Schedule (Non-Exempt)

This position is scheduled on a full-time basis. Specific shift times and workdays are determined by the operation and may vary by location. Business needs may require work on evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as occasional overtime. Scheduled start and end times, assigned shifts, and workdays are subject to change based on staffing and operational requirements. Whenever feasible, advance notice of schedule changes will be provided.
