- Manages production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to customers by execution of master production schedule.
- Works closely with Production Planners on order releases action and exception messages from the company system.
- Analyzes sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements and makes suggestions to optimize efficiencies.
- Interfaces with manufacturing personnel, the purchasing department, and supervisors on material status and production planning issues.
- Analyzes and resolves scheduling issues impacting production.
- Responsible for materials systems management and dissemination of production scheduling data to ensure the effective execution of daily manufacturing plans.
- Incorporates process improvement methods and techniques involved in lean manufacturing as it relates to scheduling functions.
- Implements and drives continuous improvement activities through the application of change management and best practices.
- Ensures collaboration and coordination between relevant departments/plants including sales, engineering, quality, manufacturing, and management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Skills Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in production planning software and tools (e.g., ERP/MRP systems).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Associate’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Supply chain certification (CSCP, CPSM, etc.) preferred.
- Three years of experience in the supply chain field.
- Previous experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
