Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice - $70K-85K per year

Job Summary

Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for a nursing job in Hazel Park, Michigan. This ongoing 40‑hour per week, 8‑hour shift staff position will provide management and delivery of patient care plans, supporting patients in Royal Oak and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

Work as part of a hospice care team to manage and deliver patient care plans, ensuring quality, compassionate service across specified regions. Participate in comprehensive onboarding and receive mentorship from clinical educators, preceptors, and supervisors. Utilize dedicated schedulers for flexible scheduling and collaborate with a 24/7/365 after‑hours care team.

Qualifications
  • RN license in the state you work
  • Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Two years of RN experience, hospice experience preferred
  • Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
  • A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
  • Skill to self‑manage your time and schedule
  • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
