As Controller you will plan and direct the accounting operations of the company, and process payroll.

• Oversees the operations of the Accounting Department, which include accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
• Oversees training programs and identifies training needs.
• Special projects as assigned.

• Excellent management and supervisory skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with accounting and tax preparation software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Sage, Isolved (or similar)
• Extensive knowledge of payroll administration and controls

Your day runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM onsite in West Hazleton, PA.
