What you´ll do- Identify, prioritize and eliminate process losses
- Lead and build the capability of Problem Solving (Lead Problem Solving Workshops)
- Define and improve (via Problem Solving) the equipment standards (CL, CILT, DH, TBM)
- Work with training manager to close capability gaps of the Operators ensuring the team can execute the improved equipment standards (CL, CILT, TBM)
- Work with line management to prioritize improvement opportunities (top losses).
- Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyze data for critical product and process parameters
- Regular monitoring of the area regarding centerline, defects and standards & development of improvement plans
- Become a technical expert for a designated process
- Spend 80% of his/her time on the floor (mainly) working on Problem Solving to kill stops
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
- 1-3yrs experience in a Manufacturing environment
- Experience with / leading Digital Manufacturing technologies deployment and their application in operational excellence
- Lean, Six Sigma certifications
- Self-driven

The salary rangefor this role is $70,000.00 and $90,000.00
. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills,experience, education, training, and work location.
