About the Role

We are seeking a General Labor, Bakery - Packing to join our team at our Hazleton, PA bakery. As a Grandi Remix Inspector, you will be accountable for ensuring accurate inspection, retesting, and proper disposition of products rejected by automated vision systems to maintain food safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Inspect and verify rejected products to ensure accuracy of automated vision systems and uphold product quality standards
• Repackage approved products and dispose of non-compliant products following proper waste tracking procedures
• Communicate operational, quality, or safety issues to Production Supervisors and cross-functional teams to support smooth workflow
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area in compliance with GMPs and food safety guidelines
• Prepare materials and support production line setups to meet scheduled production demands efficiently
• Participate in team-based problem solving, shift communication, and training of new team members to support continuous improvement
• Operate effectively in a fastpaced environment while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to safety procedures

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Basic math and timekeeping skills
• Ability to make logical decisions and follow established procedures
• Ability to meet physical requirements of a production environment (standing, lifting, repetitive motion)

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Experience working in a fast-paced production or inspection role
