Machine Operator (Direct Full Time Hire)

Payrate: $21.09/hr W2
Employment: Direct Hire Full Time
Shifts: 2nd shift Mon‑Fri 2:30 PM‑10:30 PM (Saturday OT as needed), 3rd shift Sunday‑Thu 10:30 PM‑6:30 AM

• 1‑2 years of previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Experience in machine operation, operating manufacturing/production machines and equipment
• Forklift operation required
• Current forklift certification or ability to become certified

• Operate machines and production equipment safely per instructions
• Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications
• Ensure equipment operates smoothly and meets quality control standards to deliver high‑quality products
• Monitor quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis
• Participate in HPS activities
• DMS‑Daily Management System: CILT, CL, DH
• CILT - Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening
• CL - Centerlining
• DH - Defect Handling
• Safely operate forklifts to transport materials and products throughout the facility
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on palletizing equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and repair minor issues with palletizing machinery to minimize downtime
• Assist in shipping and receiving operations, including loading and unloading materials and verifying inventory
• Acquire multiple task skills to effectively backfill any outages in specific areas of production
