Blow Mold Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Routinely clean and lubricate equipment
• Maintain a manufacturing area free from debris and dirt, ready or put away tools as assigned
• Closely follow directions to operate machinery, hold or supply routine materials and tools, and load or unload items on machinery and assembly lines
• Perform routine property care activities
• Perform any non-technical routine tasks at the plant
• Conduct routine quality checks on finished products
• Report any issues to supervisor or higher-level colleague
• Follow safety regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent).

• Basic verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions
• Ability to work in a variety of roles

The pay range for this position is $17.55 – $28.03 per hour. Wages may vary based on market data, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
